Puberty syndrome is a rare disease, thought of as a myth, which only affects teenagers. 3rd year student Mai Sakurajima is a victim of this disease, and is found wandering the school library dressed in a bunny girl costume by Sakuta Azusagawa, however seemingly being ignored by everyone else. By helping her through this predicament, he eventually meets several other girls experiencing this syndrome.
