Conditions:

• All panels and workshops are to be held on a voluntary basis.
• The provision of free tickets for panellists and workshop holders is a maximum of six (6) passes per group. Request for additional tickets will be handled on a case by case basis for successful applicants.
• Schedule, available equipment, and room details will be discussed after successful applicants are contacted.
