Anime UNSW

We’re the Japanese Animation society of The University of New South Wales.
We aim to foster a sense of community within the anime fandom of UNSW and pride ourselves in bringing like-minded people together and creating a place to build friendships that last a lifetime.
Anime UNSW was established in 1997 and has been running strong since then.

anime@UTS is a club for people who are interested in Anime, Manga, and Japanese popular culture. We hold regular events during semester and throughout the year for our members to meet, socialize, enjoy Anime and Manga events and activities, and is open to UTS students and staff as well as members of the public.

Sydney University Anime Society or SUAnime for short is USYD’s number one society for all your Japanese animation needs. Ever since the society was founded in 2001, the society has been a place where all members can share and discuss all aspects of the anime subculture which includes anime, manga, cosplay, art and drawing, visual novels, gacha games and of course, Japanese memes. In addition to being a neat group to hang out with, we have many events such as Screenings, Drawmeet. We also collaborate with other university anime club/societies under the umbrella that is Anime Sydney.
